If you were betting, who do you say scores first? 
Not that it will have any significant bearing on the game, I'll go with State just to get it going.

No idea. I just hope this team plays a full game today instead of one half of football

That's what I'm thinking. We're slow to get started usually and these guys may be hyped and I could see them getting off to a better start. But talent will take over soon if not sooner.
