I'd say it takes at least a month of consistent exercise and diet to see any real results. By real I mean making progress beyond shedding some initial water weight and all that. But after that, if you're consistent (that's the key) it will all happen quickly.
I actually just weighed myself for the first time since January. I knew I'd lost weight because I can see my abs again. I've lost about 20 lbs since then. Down to 155 now, which is where I thought I was when I was trying to guess about how much I weighed these days.

Haven't kept up, but this is one I did and it worked well. Surprisingly I had plenty of strength for workouts and felt real good after I finished in 10 days. My Dad went 30 days, but he is a crazy 80 yr old. Good luck with whatever you do.

Thanks man. I think I'm just going to follow my original plan of juicing in the morning. I just thought it would be cool to say I didn't eat food for 10 days.
