Really? The Jacksonville State game didn't do it for you?
I'll never forgive him for that. Ever. I just won't be able to. As for getting rid of him, we've obviously got to wait until the time is right regarding both the economy and coaching market. Jimmy Sexton will dick Pete Boone around and, unfortunately, given Boone's love of dick, he'll play along. We've gotta make sure that doesn't happen.
He is obviously burned out and looking to fade into the sunset. Well frick that. Not with my team. I really do appreciate you dragging us out of the swamp that Ed Orgeron stuck us in, Houston, but you kinda haven't done shite ever since, which is a little annoying because that's what you're sorta being paid to do.

This has been a while in the making but I am officially over this narcissistic clown. I began to unbuckle my seatbelt on the bandwagon after the ever-so famous "Fitttty" presser last year. It is now done. Our team doesnt lack the talent to win 7-8 games this year. But we lack mental toughness and that is a direct correlate of our softy "players" coach. With 6 min left saturday we were in a 35-24 ballgame with the Salukis. We go up 21-0 after 5 min of play and put it on cruise....why? because our guys lack that killer instinct and that is the HCs fault and only his fault. Nutt can go finish up his career at Toledo or Western Michigan for all I care.
Hog Fans knew it was only a matter of time.

I don't stick my dick in crazy, and I certainly don't go to fricking Hogville.

Win? Hog Fans win nothing. We just knew how it was going to play out. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think the Gus Bus would be a good fit and could do well there. Leach? Dunno, he is kind of odd.
Skip Holtz would be great. Leach too (for the humor alone). I also think Al Golden at Miami would be a great hire, and I'm pretty sure he can be let out of his contract considering the shite that is about to go down.

Ever since the "FITTY" comments I've been pretty pissed. I mean, the JSU game was one thing, but to then tell US how WE should feel about his job as a coach is just fricking crazy.
The thing about Nutt is that he can't just suck arse like Orgeron. He has to actually tease us by winning games here and there.

Hootie's presser following the S. Illinois game is no different than many I've heard when he was coaching at Arkansas. Here's the problem...when someone is being paid millions of dollars to win ballgames, and they're spouting out that kind of crap, trying to convince you that they have their shite together, it is lame. bullshite don't fly.
It's not that he can't do a good job, it's that so many times he just can't seem to stay out of his own way in the process.
I believe there's a lot of good coaches who could make Ole Miss competitive on a yearly basis. Any three that you mentioned could do it.

About time
Just put some signs in his yard and fly some banners. Put some ads in the local Newspaper and the school will feel pressure to do something.

I understand why he was hired at Ole Miss. Eddie O was a nightmare. Hootie has been somewhat of a relief for them in a sense but I think he's pretty much done at this point. I may be wrong but it looks a lot like '04-'05 to me. I wish good things for Ole Miss and would like to see them competitive on a consistent basis ...just don't want them beating us, especially this year.

And that was always my biggest problem with Nutt. He is always selling....himself.
He's always going to remind you why he's great, why winning is precious and wonderful, even if its against a shitball team like SIU. And if you don't jump for joy for that then you are just a hater and you can't be helped.
Its a special kind of crazy, but Nutt is the source. I think once you guys are rid of him we'll all get along just fine.
He's just a special case. You have to experience it to understand it.
