I don't really see what difference it makes. It made for a hellaciously good reading and, let's get real, it's a message board. It really shouldn't be taken that seriously.
I know they don't want it to get out of control, but there's a thin line between enforcing rules to enhance the experience for users and actually having any users left.

They are good admins, but I think sometimes that get focused on an area and don't pay attention to others.
For example, you can't post a good debatable topic thread anymore without...
Cool story bro, or Yawn images being posted.
Only things that get hype is drama... like petrino threads etc.
Yet those people who continuously post yawn and :CSB: don't get banned. they just go on flaming.
Not to mention I had a very legit reasonable question on the help board, and I still don't have an answer.

Keep in mind that posters are like customers for TD. They want posters. They need page hits. To take someone who logs on everyday, and is generally well-liked and contributes to threads, and ban them because they got out of line one time is beyond ludicrous.
