Back in the day, you went to your favorite school which was normally close to home, but not anymore.
Today if I’m a 5* or 4* Texan HS baller and I’m having sunshine pumped up my azz knowing that my best chance of eventually going to the NFL is going to a SEC school not named a&m, then I’m doing it.
If I want to stay close to home and never be developed or get to my potential and never get drafted in the NFL then I’ll go to waste and play for Tom Herman or Jimbo.
