Yeah, he still plays. He had some vocal chord trouble and cant sing anymore but he is still playing the shite out of the guitar. Another good one is Manzanita. It's not bluegrass. It could almost be classica. It has some awesome chord progressions in it.

Yeah, not too bad. Im fed up with not being able to sleep. I think I have tried every over the counter medicine you can try.

I use regular ole benadryl. It works pretty good for me

I have used Melatonin, Tylenol and Advil PM but I dont think I have taken Benadryl when I couldnt sleep.

I've tried ambien and ended up asleep in my boat out in the garage...true story

My mother takes it and eats while she sleeps..scares the hell out of the old man. She gets up and knocks over pots and pans, make all kind of racket. I worry one day shes going to get hurt or choke.

My dad took it once and fell asleep at a red light in town. He never took it again after that
