Not intentionally, I was pretty well established by the time her and I met. I mean hell I was 28..at that age you should be setting down roots

I like anything that is good music with good lyrics. I tend to relate to and enjoy depressing music even though I'm not depressed.

I like them. They can straight ahead bluegrass but then they can play some off the wall stuff and make it sound unreal.

I love coming over there and hanging out in that area. We used to play at a restaurant on 72 on the left in Tuscumbia just before you got to the Hall of Fame. Called J Gregory's I think. Is it still there?

Actually the drummer from Lauderdale went to highschool with me too, and the guy in my sig pic is Jason Isbell who has his on band and used to be in Drive by Truckers with Shonna Tucker who went to high school with me. Isbell went to Rogers High School which is about 4 miles from me.

Don't think so, I'm from a small city in the county north, so that's a bit of a trek down to alternate 72 (south muscle shoals) and I just moved back here from huntsville 4 years ago. But I haven't heard of it.

If you don't know isbell, you should REALLY check him out. My favorite musician by far.

This is his song, and written by him, but it was while he was with the truckers. LINK

He's released three albums since he left them, and they are all spectacular.

That sounds more familiar, but either way I haven't been there, and not sure if it's still there.
