If you do I suggest making a small amount and letting it sit for a day or two. Then see if it is the way you want or if you want it sweeter or stronger or vice versus. mine came out a bit too sweet cause I tasted it when it was hot and it didn't taste that sweet, but when it had been in the freezer a couple of days it was a little too sweet.

No it's from a band named Lauderdale which is the county I'm from (Florence is in Lauderdale, Muscle Shoals is in Colbert). The song is drink to sleep, it's not on youtube, but here is one song off the same album that was just released. LINK
