Briles is already 60 so he would not be the long term answer for your program.
He will coach again at some point because someone will take a chance, my guess is the SEC brass will strongly discourage a university from hiring him, who wants the backlash.

Cheated on his wife, with a much younger blonde who he hired to be a recruiting coord. She was also engaged to another coach at the school.
Glossed over the fact that she didn't meet the qualifications of other applicants for the job.
