And here's the deal.......both Bo and the guy who paid admitted it.
Do you have someone saying they paid Bo to come to Bama? And Bo backing up the story? Yea didn't think so, I have no doubts that this happens all the time, as I have contact with a 7-7 coach who deals with this kind of stuff. His response was a simple one........everyone does it to an extent, and it's actually expected. Ole Miss has upset the system by going way overboard with the "benefits". His words, not mine.
Right now, you can point the finger, you can deny or you can attack.......but the truth is the NCAA has and still is investigating your recruiting. They are not at Bama, or AU or LSU. They are in your doorstep knocking on the door..........if they come to T-Town, then I'll get worried, but for now it's you and your team that is sweating the results, no one else.

We R the Tide we need to talk brother. It appears you know some of the same stuff I do. My uncle is a coach. It is far deeper than Ole Miss fans know.

It's like most Fanbases, they believe which parts of a story to believe based on which ones make them seem innocent.
The NCAA has in their possession, at least two burner phones provided to recruits that appear to be provided by Ole Miss boosters (yes, one of them belonged to Shyheim Carter). They didn't visit Allen, Texas just to sample the brisket, if you know what I mean.
The NCAA was given "specific" details headed into this years recruiting season, things and people to watch for concerning illegal benefits. Keep wondering why the letter hasn't been given to Robertson yet. If what I'm hearing is true, I hate it for those recruits who were fed lies right before signing day. The AD stood before everyone and told a bold face lie as to the charges, and who they were concerning........all with the intent to get pen on the paper before the truth comes out.

So why did the NCAA visit Chris Jones in 2013 and nothing came from it. When everyone said the same thing you are.
So are you saying the NOA has recuriting violations? Can you make one time that the NCAA handed out a NOA when I school was still under investigation? Really wondering but not like UNC where they handed the NOA and then brand new stuff not known about before the NOA was sent. Because your saying the NCAA was investigating Ole Miss for recuriting while they sent the NOA if they knew what to look for.
Also are you saying Ross lied about the NCAA telling him them self that the investigation was over. So while underinvestigation he openly said the NCAA said something they didn't which would be a death nail to him ever working in another athletic department for no real benefit or are you saying the NCAA lied to him about the investigation and have they ever done that before?

not everything to report has a "link" on the Internet. Some people actually still do communicate other ways, like face to face or texts or in this case, a DM.
Do you not believe it because you don't want it to be true.......or do you truly feel like people are making up stuff. I mean, in all honesty, most people who do wrong.....deny and lie to protect themselves. Happens every day in life, and I'll bet recruiting is no different.

The NCAA is investigating BAMA for the bo recruitment. That is a fact. The NOA should be sent within the next few months.

Ok hoss..........if you say so. I'll be sure to watch for that letter. Is this where I'm supposed to start screaming that we self reported, or that we don't cheat or that Saban is a good Christian man and wouldn't do that..........

Ross saying the NCAA told him the investigation is over for no real benefit to ole miss or him but would end his career or the NCAA and have they ever lied to a school over investigation before?

I'm not on the "inside" enough to get names, just some details here and there. These guys understand it's a business to them and those around them...........they are pretty tight lipped as a group. I have to word my questions very particular or I won't even get a response. That's how I know they can't or won't answer........

If it helps, the same guy told me Casher taped part of the Winston rape, but was told by someone in the FSU athletic department to toss the phone into the river after he deleted it.
