The last at large team to earn a bid, is still better than say a swac auto qualifier.

The discussion was OM was the last team in, in 2022, they were. They were still better than all of the 4 seed auto qualifers.

this year, the last 4 were Asu "seed", Kansas State "3 seed", Ok state "seed" and USC "3 seed".

So OM was the last team in, even though they got a 3 seed.
