In tonight's case yes but in the UALR game I mentioned earlier no they inbounded from half court with a lob to the rim and the UALR player tipped it in from above the rim

I meant we were up by 1 with .5 seconds to go. He was fouled with .5 to go, missed first FT (A guy who dont miss often) and the Tech FT was basically his 2nd regular FT which he made. He then missed the other FT on purpose to keep ball in bounds and run out the clock while they fought for the ball.

That's not how it happened.

The game was tied at 67, he puts up the first FT and misses, and the toy lands on the court. If that doesn't happen, he has 1 FT to take the lead.

But it happened, and then he gets a technical, so two chances to make one, he makes the first, boinks the 2nd.
