What does that have to do with this year? Nothing. Alabama being a preseason top five pick in many polls is indicative of the year before holding too much weight for the year to be. Simply put, Ole Miss has less question marks than LSU and Alabama and they also ended last year on a very positive note. I don't take much from last season with Alabama because the entire offense is completely different outside of Jones.

I'd prefer that Bama does.
(LSU wont)

Target will be on Bama's back, and you won't have what you need to back it up.

Y'all are going to be good and I think deserve the preseason nod in the West. What more do you want?

Thank You! We also lost Peria Jerry on D which is a huge loss.

No LSU last year proved that. Bama hasn't even stepped on the field yet.

Or we could use LSU as an example from last year if that makes your vagina feel better.

Would have been bigger if Jerrell Powe wasn't ready... And he is.
And we'll actually have Greg Hardy next year.
The only way the OM train stops rolling is if we lose Jevan Snead, Dexter McCluster, A couple on the O-line, or Marshay Green to injury.

Well, Bama hasn't even played a game yet this season. Bama might suck or they might be good, but we know LSU what happened to LSU last year.

If Bama can't win the West, I hope Ole Miss does.

Yeah, LSU was the first team in recent history to be pre-season top 10 and finish unranked.

Sure, they could be just as good. Especially based on the ease in the schedule. But that doesn't change the fact that your entire offense is being overhauled for the most part and it should affect your preseason ranking accordingly. Hard to argue that Ole Miss doesn't bring back the least questions for next year.

We're not worried. You seem to be with your little "I hope Ole Miss can win the west if we don't do it."

LSU is probably the odds on favorite to win the SEC in 2010

He's right. Then you'll probably hire a coach who doesn't suck (Nick Saban) and be right back on top.
