I can't tell you how many pairs of those hideous purple and canary argyle pants I've seen in real life.

Lsu fans wear that shite to mock Bama fans when we play Bama. I have a purple and gold houndstooth hat for one game a year.
I've never seen LSU fans wear that tacky shite unless we are playing Bama. It's not widespread. I promise you that.

oooh, sick burn.
but guys definitely wear houndstooth. it looks really dumb on a large scale, imo. but i usually only see guys wearing it on game days. girls wear it all the time. I have a tie and a pair of socks that are houndstooth but nothing else.

One of the members of our tailgate crew (a former Big Al) wears houndstooth shorts or pants to most games. Later in the fall for homecoming or night games he wears a houndstooth suit.
