Penix isn’t even known to be a fast guy is he? He was more a pocket passer that could move than a dual threat.
Posting random information is just for clicks. Who uses MPH and not 40 time or something like that we are all used to?

40 times measure from a stopped position, which is nice but not always relevant for a football player. QBs, LBs and safeties for example, they are usually drifting at the start of a play.
We've all see those guys that run past others, where angles are useless. Mph is great for that... but only when you're looking at someone running full-out. Jayden Daniels breaks through the line of scrimmage and there's daylight: you want MPH on him.
Bo Nix breaks through, and there's a couple defenders and a WR and TE downfield in front of him: it's not relevant at that point. As long as he's past the D Lineman behind him, he can slow up and set his blocks up.
