I worked with a guy who played for Coach Bryant in the ‘70’s. Never played much. His dad was a big..BIG time judge. Joe’s scholarship said “tennis” on it.

Bear was the "Greatest" of his time and Saban is the "Greatest" of his time. Hard to compare different times with many different rules and circumstances.

Great coach for sure, but a solid #2 behind Saban. Just amazing the two best coaches in the history of the game have been a Bama

Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant is the Babe Ruth of college football. He's bigger than even ALABAMA at this point.
