I watched LSU play:Tenn,WV,UNC,Florida,Auburn,LSU,Arkansas,Ole Miss, and Alabama last season.

I got nothing against LSU, I picked them to beat Bama last year and picked them to be top 10 before season started. Things change from year to year.

LSU had a better D-Line with Nevis. Yes one person can make a huge difference (Fairley). Big difference though is Sheppard. He was leader of that defense. Also one thing is that the defense struggled towards the end of season and I think it carries over into this season.

1) What did you know of Fairley prior to last season? This is college football. Studs move on...studs emerge.

2)Baker will be the leader this season. He will do well.

3) LSU lost its starting, experienced safety during the season to injury. THAT hurt. Now, he is back and the young guys have experience.

How do you know? This D-line has yet to play a down.

Yes, he was a leader and will be missed. But that loss isn't going to be worth 3-4 games.

That's one of the most retarded things I've seen on here.

Come on Rummy. How can you question the brilliance of the SECrant preseason prognosticators? LSU's years of top 5 recruiting classes mean nothing if no one heard of them last year.

I mean if you really think so, Draconian, then we will just have to see. I'm not trying to bust your balls for supporting your team but if you take off the purple ang gold glasses, LSU just is a average to above average team this year. That's not bad though they will be 7-5 or 8-4.

Don't you dare try to crawfish now ...

YOU IGNORANT INBRED MONGREL TENNESSEE MOFO

:spank: :spank: :spank:

YOU SAID 7-5 YOU CKSKR ... DON'T GO SAYIN LSU IS 8-4 YOU SPINELESS MOFO

THE LES MILES "MAGIC SHOW" IS COMIN' MOFO ... HE'S COMIN' TO ROCKY TOP in 2011 ... AND HE'LL STOP BY YO' MAMA's HOUSE TO SHOW YO MOMMA & YO SISTA SOME TRICKS TOO!

You thought last year's magic show was fun in Tiger Stadium ... wait until this year's show in Neyland in front of 65,000 people ... Miles will make 35,000+ disappear ... or they'll be too scared to show up, lol

LSU is the most overrated team in the country.
- not the most, but kinda

They will lose the first game against Oregon badly.
I see us beating Oregon in a good game

Chavis can't stop teams that run the ball out of spread and LSU doesn't have the defensive line to hold up.
Sometimes yes. Most of the time no

I say Oregon wins by 14.
ok

I just don't understand why people think they will be so good.Arkansas and Alabama are both better than the tigers.
I agree with one of those teams

That's three losses plus they will lose two more between the games of:Miss st,Ole Miss,Tenn, and West Virginia. I think they go 7-5 if they are lucky.

I predict two losses regular season and a coin toss for our bowl game. See you in Knoxvegas

I guess i should rephrase. I didn't mean to say carry over as much as, the defense played more to level they should be at. They played above their heads alittle bit earlier in season. I just don't think alot of their defense. I mean Florida had one of worse offenses in league and they score 29 on you. LSU did finish 6th is SEC against run. With Nevis and Sheppard gone, I don't think they get better. They also got alot of turnovers, if they don't get those this year....?

I like Les Miles but some of that stuff (what game was it where the ball bounced up on the fake fg right back into your kicker's hands maybe Florida one year?) just seems to work for him where it could be a disaster. I wonder if the bounces go the other way a few more times in the next couple years

Well,we know how Tressel won! He covered up violations.

Ummm... ok.

It has nothing to do with being called out, I didn't make my point clear is all. Hey I promise it's nothing against the tigers. I understand you all think LSU will be good, thats fine, support your team. I'm just trying to warn you if things go bad, it should not be unexpected.

Whydoes everybody think LSU is going to have a great D-Line? Sure Montgomery is a stud, but the DT's aren't anything special. The D-Line is just average besides Montgomery.

The experience level and the depth is pretty impressive:

1.Sam Montgomery DE -Started the first five games as a true freshman before being injured.

2. Barkevious Mingo DE-Played in 13 games with one start. 2010 Freshman All-Southeastern Conference (Coaches)

3.Chancey Aghayere DE- Played in 12 games in 2010 starting twice

4. Josh Downs DT –played in 12 games in 2010. Played in 10 games in 2009.

5.Lavar Edwards DE-Played in 12 games in 2010 with six starts after Sam Montgomery was injured

6.Michael Brockers DT-Saw action in 12 games in 2010 with one start

7.Kendrick Adams DE-Played in 12 games in 2010 and made 11 starts at left defensive end

8.Bennie Logan DT-Has seen action in the three games I 2010 against Vanderbilt, McNeese State and ULM

9. Dennis Johnson DT-Played on the defensive line in five games in 2010

10.Justin Maclin DE-Switched from LB to DE after playing in one game last year.

11.Jordan Allen DE-Redshirted as a true freshman in 2010.

12.Ego Ferguson DT-Redshirted as a true freshman in 2010

13. Freak Johnson DT-true freshman

14. Jermauria Rasco DE-true freshman

15. Quentin Thomas DL-true freshman

Chancey Aghayere's 12 games added, thanks, memphis
