The NCAA can punish OM without any courtroom quality evidence.
If I was am NCAA executive I would be pissed about being humiliated on national TV.
I would make sure OM was hammered.

Just about any source is unreliable unless it is Ole Miss or NCAA even though most people would say Ole Miss isn't. But it is the best one out there

So if an Assistant AD pays Tunsil.......but both lie and say it never happened, how in the world would anyone ever get in trouble? This lying thing has got me intrigued.........only way to me would be if one of the persons in question "slipped up" and accidentally admitted it. Like that would ever happen.

Mama got greedy and thought she could squeeze OM for a little extra here and there. Mama wanted a new wig and to get them nails done right this month topped off with a delicious meal at Applebees. Mama knows dem nosy arse coaches gonna question her about what is going on with the arranged all inclusive payment for her upkeep. Mama pushed it off on LT to be the shakedown man cause mama knows dem nosy arse coaches gonna be less likely to question him.
I can almost be 99% certain that is what was happening. Maybe not the nails and wig scenario but it was definitely a shake down for some 'walkin around money' for mama. Pretty sure about Applebees though.

Do you really think the OM officials are going to just come out and say to the fans "yeah, we are fricked"? They are hoping like hell along with the rest of the fans that the NCAA has no balls.
