In earlier seasons, I'd agree with you...but the last two seasons, as well as the next two upcoming ones, they've played/got a good schedule.

They had a home and home with Oklahoma in '16 and '17 (our SOS was higher in '16, their's was higher in '17). This coming season, they have 11 Power 5 schools (9 Big 10, 1 PAC 12, 1 Big 12) on their schedule (they only play 1 Group of 5 team)...in '19, their OOC games are Florida Atlantic, Cincy, and TCU. OSU's schedule, on paper, looks tougher than ours the next two seasons...
