The US went from having the largest budget deficit in American history ($290 billion) in 1992 when Clinton was elected to having a budget surplus of $127 billion when he left office in 2001. 22.5 million new jobs were created and unemployment dropped from 7.5% when Clinton took office to 4.0% by the end of his second term, the lowest in 30 years. The poverty rate dropped to 11.8% in 1999, which was the lowest it had been since 1979.

Clinton wins over Bush Sr since Bush Sr spawned his stupid arse son W. Chelsea Clinton has just lived a low profile life rather than fricking up the world.

Clinton benefited from the dot com bubble and cheap gas prices. Daffy Duck could have been president.

Even you know that is a load of horseshite, I don't know how you typed that with a straight face.
I wonder why oil and gas prices spiked sharply as soon as a oil company executives took power in the White House. As dependent as our modern society and economy are on energy such as oil and gas, higher prices for greedy oil companies mean higher prices on everything else speeding the rise of inflation and devaluing everything else.

The problem with your allegation is transparency. That is, by virtue of its obviousness, its ocurrence is unlikely. Politicians have one goal - to get re-elected. That doesn't happen when they engage in patent hand-griesing.
What you're accusing is just lazy. Besides, Obama doesn't have cronies in Oil and Gas, yet prices have been consistently high throughout his presidency.

Presidents(usually) have very little effect on the economy.
