Tide Saint is not a mod on this particular board and SEC Rant is where the original ban bet was placed.
Each participant, except for ChixMix, is hereby absolved of all responsibility some here may think they hold for this ill-advised bet.
At this moment, ChexMix is the only poster bound by any form of bond on this matter. He shall honor the bet but the others certainly don't have to.
