How will the Ags stop the Dak Attack?

Their defense was exposed yesterday the same way the 2014 defense was exposed vs Arkansas. If teams attack the Aggies right up the middle their defensive ends can't use their athletic abilities and their LBs are not good enough to stop inside runs.
Aggies brought in John Chavis this year to try and replicate LSU's defenses over the past few years and they have improved all the way to 61st in total defense through 4 games.
LSU's #1 defense in 2014 and 15th ranked defense in 2013 both got abused by the Dak. How will the Aggies' defense fare when facing State's multi-dimensional attack?
I think that if MSU runs Dak they may run away with this early. Dak is deadly accurate with his passes which has been the downfall of a defense with poor DB play. Brandon Holloway should add an element of speed that other offenses like Arkansas didn't have. Aggies will have to defense outside speed runs and inside power runs with Dak and their power backs.
When LSU played MSU they sold out on stopping Dak which opened up the outside running game and the short passing game. That kind of attack wore down our defense and had them gassed in the 4th quarter. It should be interesting to see if A&M's defensive depth can match up for 4 quarters with the Dak Attack.
Feel free to add to your own analysis. I'd like to keep this focused on personnel, schemes, etc instead of a flame war. Thanks, guys.

With shite loads of offense.

Good question. I think our DEs/ LBs took some bad angles and not sure what can be done to stop Dak. I am hopeful we don't have 15 dropped passes and can score on MSU as well and maybe force them to pass on third and long and maybe get to Dak. Our best LBs are mostly young or injured and they have a ways to go. No doubt Chavis will get them there at some point.

If they can get MSU to 3rd and long I think Hall and Garrett finna eat. It all comes down to limiting first down gains imo.

Aggie D will have their hands full for sure. Going to be a high scoring shootout in my opinion. Game will come down to turnovers.

Looks like some very bad tackling in those gifs.

We won't "stop" him.
The goal will be damage limitation.

easy answer, they won't
I have the Ags higher based on being undefeated, but i will be surprised if that doesn't work itself out next week

Yeah they weren't coached well I guess.

Maybe it was an anomaly!

The players were in position just couldn't make a tackle. Not on the coaching scheme

Yeah you're right. Coaches don't teach tackling technique. Sorry. I guess our players just sucked.

It's a bit of a lame excuse but we haven't had a healthy Josh Walker for a few weeks. He's our Mike, so we should be better. Not great but better.
I'm much more confident playing State than I was Pig.
This is the first meaningful game at New Kyle, it's going to be a great home field advantage

Interesting. Will Mr. Walker be healthy this weekend?

We won't know. Sumlin won't say anything about injuries unless they're season ending.
He played sparingly vs Pig so I'm hoping he's good to go now.

Chavis must've forgot how to teach tackling to his mostly underclass front seven once he got to college station.-____-

LSU didn't suck last year and they got lit up. It's daunting, but we are five point favorites so the computers think we have a shot.
