Years back that was the norm.
Now, I don’t see the value in it. Though it would be much easier on the fans. Especially at State where a lot of fans travel to see the games. One trip and two games would be great.
Our ladies program has created its own niche.
So now I don’t ever see that happening again.
State and I am sure some other SEC schools as well will have baseball - basketball DH’s in late Feb/early Mar and they have proven to be very popular.
In answer to the original question, I would not pay $300 for a ticket for any game regardless of what sport it is. But I have been to several State WBB games and I have thoroughly enjoyed them.
