LSU has many fans, and each has their own opinion. You say you hear things said that don't "make sense" because you ascribe individual comments to the LSU fanbase as a whole, which is very unsophisticated. LSU has fans that regularly criticize its coaches and it also has other, different fans (not the same ones) that defend those coaches to the death. Its not that complicated unless you're looking for something that isn't there.

Another cool stat: in the 4 game win streak against Texas A&M Les Miles teams have scored an average of 30.5 points while holding the Aggies to 17.5.

Well that depends on what you classify as bad? Les Miles is 6-4 in bowl games with 2 SEC titles, 2 national titles appearances, 2 BCS bowl victories, and 1 national title.
The more you know: Les Miles is 6-3 vs OOC opponents in bowl games as one loss came from a division opponent.
We can compare bowl records if yall want too?

To be fair it was almost one if the game didn't get cancelled.
Notre Dame won 7! games last year. That is a hard match up.
