Coaching changes are the biggest factor for College Football attrition rates. Another case were stats can be misleading.

Just replying to the bammer about his 40% of UGA players are dismissed or leave school, not implying anything about anyone else...

40% huh? You're just as dumb as phanny and Irons. Seriously, it has to be pretty painful to just keep pulling stuff out of your asses. Maybe you folks should see a doctor about that.
Some UGA Fans will be able move forward, when they get out of the denial phase. They do not want to make a change because they are afraid of what they will get. They accept they will never get to the next level under Richt, but blame everyone except him for those results. I can not believe that is the consensus amongst all their fans, but you couldn't tell it from those who post here.
Typical irons

He managed to turn the tide and go 4-4 verse UT when you guys were good.

Congratulations on being dumb enough to take that bait. Guy tried to get Auburn fans first, but he switched his bait after nobody bit. Of course, the Georgia tards here are always dumb enough to bite on any criticism of Saint Richt

How on earth is AU at 45%?

No one has challenged my take on the situation either, so how is that a good point for you to make?
You still haven't provided a reasonable explanation as to why stallings would roll over like a dying dog. You don't resign over such a stupid reason as you claim but instead You call their bluff and see who really has the power.

A good many of theirs over that span were non-qualifiers I think. Lotta signees had to go JUCO, or at least more than most schools, also prolly lost/processed a few extra when TT & Chiz left...
Tiger fans feel free to correct me...

Your reading comprehension sucks if Thats what you have gotten from our posts.
I have made the point that, outside of after 2010, there has not be a reasonable time to fire richt, and you haven't presented any other seasons to discuss. Why is that?
Because richt has never had multiple 5 win seasons or a 3 win season, both of which are reasonable fireable offenses.

He did not roll over. At his age he did not want a public fight, plus I do not think he though it would be good for the University. You did notice that even in your article, it claimed he resigned instead retired from the job. That is a big difference in the coaching world, and in the contract world.

When you quit after that kind of win and season, it's a roll over and die move.
Also, It would not have been a public fight. Stuff like that happens behind closed doors, especially before the Internet.
Coaches with ncaa infractions resign all the time, and they were in fact still on probation when he quit.

I think he should have been fired years ago.
2002-2005 looks like it is his best 4 year time frame yet most fans would prefer to have the results LSU had in that same time frame.

The only realistic time to fire him would've been after the 2010 season, and that's the ONLY bad season he's had.
Remember too that their best player was suspended for the first 4 or 5 games because of some stupid NCAA rule over selling his bowl game jersey.

Ok sounds like you think they are a second rate program that's fine. Saying that a Richt is on his way to being the best coach ever at UGA when in his time frame BAMA and UF each had 1 coach that was clearly better and you could argue that Miles is better too. And that's not even counting SOS who was at UF for Richts first year at UGA.

Yea, we wish we could have gone 13-1 in 2002 like LSU did in 2003.
