How does the committee rank Miss, OR, BYU, MI, Vandy and TX in a big upsets scenario?

Who gets priority from the committee ìf Miss, OR, MI and Vandy end up at 2 losses and BYU has one loss and TX has 3 losses?
It looked like to me they preemptively moved up Oregon and Michigan to make it easier to assure the Big 10 gets in as many teams as possible. Putting OR over Miss and MI over TX.
Who would the committee put over BYU in the next rankings out of those teams? Any of them?
