UK and Bama play similar styles. Seemed pretty one sided to me.

Yep, though the first matchup when you guys were at full strength was pretty even.

BYU is running their offense some seamlessly right now and seems to be knocking down even open look that we're going to have to match them to win that game.

Who leads the nation in scoring per game? Who leads the nation in scoring and doing it in the toughest conference in the country? BAMA only took 17 3s against a team determined to slow it down on every possession and still put 80 points on them. It ain't about the 3s.

BYU is the anti-Saint Mary's. They play fast, they shoot and make 3s, and they are meh defensively. Since January 1st they've been every bit our equal offensively.

It will absolutely be about making open shots against them, because they'll be making 3 point shots. It will be like playing against a shadow.

Now would be a good time for the Monstars to give Sears his shooting abilities back.

On the plus side, we won 2 games by double digits in which he missed at least 10 open and in rhythm off a pass 3-pointers. If he makes those at a 50% clip we beat Saint Mary's by 15+.

On the other hand, if he shoots like that against BYU, somebody else better really offset it or we might be in some trouble.

Well, beating a team 3 times is very difficult, so I'm going to say we are going to struggle to win.
