We don't have that many, but TAMU's looks like a desert compared to it
ETA: I wish state would let students tailgate on the drill field like LSU does with the grouds. That'd be so much fun

I think because the field holds so much reverence that it would be kind of disrespectful. Just my 2 cents, I have no definite answer though. Plus the Junction is a great spot. The drill field would be prime if we were as big as LSU.

Shame State doesn't. Looks like your Drill Field is a lot closer to the stadium than is the case of the Parade Grounds to Tiger Stadium....

With the way the Quad is set up, not allowing tailgating there is probably for the best.
But yeah I'd be cool with someone hitting Middleton with a heat-seeking missile. And then hitting Lockett with another one.

Don't know when. But the talk is they will tear half of the upper deck off of the west side of Davis Wade.
The middle section where the press box is and seats on both sides will be turned into suites.
They will build a new press box to sit on top of the west side. A nice big one that will cover most of the upper deck. Davis Wade will look real good down the road. It has came a long way already.
