His foot was turned 90 degrees to his leg and the distal end of his tibia looked like it was sticking down on the outside of his shoe. It was awful.

Oh, damn. That is bad, I do feel sorry for him. Was it through his sock or bulging to where you could tell?

Totally dislocated and he will be in full leg cast because I had the same injury to my right ankle. By the time they got me to the sideline all the blood had rushed straight down to my ankle and it looked like a cantaloupe down there, but frick I was in pain. Lol

Geez, this sounds awful. Didn't see the accident, and don't want to. Feel bad for him, kids a gamer.
