Pulled in a bunch of elite talent, not that it's hard at OSU
He's a definite upgrade over Robinson in position coaching and recruiting aspects
Could scheming/playcalling get any worse? Considering how badly we underperformed this year vs expectations, I don't think so. If scheming/playcalling is equally bad, he's still a net upgrade. And for all we know, he could be better in all respects
