when the SEC went to their first round of conference scheduling 'uniformity' from 1972-1987, Auburn without a doubt had the hardest schedule.

Permanent teams:
Tennessee
Florida
Miss State
Georgia
Alabama

Pretty rough year in and year out.

So the difference between 1st and 14th is 36 games? Over 84 years that’s not that much


Take out head to head and Bama is within 8 games of the lead
