A good one.
For the record I think LSU is doing better then expected with their rebuild. Which is great for the conference as a whole. A strong conference is the difference between an "Oh Frick me blind" bid and a "We shall put our thang down" seeding in the NCAAT.
I think the SEC was much harder then the good folks at the selection committee seeded everyone this year.

I didnt grind it last year because we were terrible, but man it seems that in two years time the league has gone from a joke to 10-12 really solid teams.
Seems like the guard play is much better which comes in handy this time of year.
