Honestly, no clue. I don't understand baseball recruiting.
But it's probably a lot like recruiting for us in other sports. Our entire state is around 2.8 million people. Small state, lots of competition in our surrounding states?

The quality of Arkansas high school baseball is poor compared to surrounding states. In addition, the summer leagues are primarily American Legion with almost no "select" teams. Bottom line, Arkansas kids are often playing catch-up when they see D1 competition as freshmen.

More than you might expect, at least in NWA. Otherwise, why are people still moving here?

LSU doesn't lose to top ranked teams. If AR is on his game good luck with that. One of the best pitchers in the nation and if you somehow manage to beat him then you will have to deal with Coleman, another one of the nations best pitchers. LSU has more talent and we should win the series. Good luck

You guys are celebrating a little prematurely, don't you think?
Trash talk is acceptable during the regular season in baseball, because even if we lose, it's all quickly flushed out of memories once the NCAA playoffs roll around.

So, anyway, are you guys going to set some kind of series attendance record next weekend or what? I'll feel disrespected as an LSU fan if y'all don't put 30,000+ in the seats.

Louisiana not hurting like the rest of the country. Actually, considering the times, we're doing better than most.

Our team seems to get up for the better teams, I expect it to be a very good series.

Louisiana was the only state to have an increase in the job rate the first 3 months of the year............moron.
If you're going to talk smack atleast do it about a topic you know about, or do some research.
