So the rest of this thread will go as follows: Gumps will post "closest he will ever be to one" and the gumps who have already posted that will just get into arguments with any Auburn poster they can find in order to reassert themselves as internet dominant.

Sorry. Got a little carried away. I'm sick of seeing bammers post the AU 2004 ring as an insult. Especially when we were as deserving as anyone in 2004 and that ring is one of the better looking NC rings I have seen.

The point of my post is that, for Auburn fans, it's all about Bama. This was an Auburn reporter asking this question to an Auburn recruit. If a similar question were posed on BOL, it would be, "What do you look forward to most at Alabama?" The answer, naturally, would be, "Winning a championship." I can't ever recall an Alabama recruit asked by an Alabama reporter which team he most wanted to beat.
I think that's an excellent representation of the schools' respective attitudes.

For the last time, the Auburn reporter didn't ask what the recruit was looking most forward to at Auburn. He asked, what team is he looking most forward to playing and beating.
There isn't another way to answer it. It's okay to admit you messed this one up. It's an internet forum, nobody really cares
