Once I was on a beach vacation offseason going into OBJs last year at LSU. We were playing touch sandball & he hopped in and played with us for like an hour.

I thought that was really cool, but in hindsight it was really stupid. VERY easy to hurt yourself in the sand & he was making some hard cuts (which was fun to see just how athletic an elite athlete actually is up close).

I recall thinking in my own young age that he seemed immature for his, and it just looks like he never grew up. This wasn’t because he hopped into our pickup game but the way he carried himself. However bulletproof and full of piss you felt at 18, multiply that by 1000000.

It’s true what they say about a lot of these dudes being pampered from the age of 10. But for every OBJ, there is one Jacoby Stephens… All about the parents.
