Help with watching games

No power, small generator, no wifi/cable. Phone working better and I do have a hotspot. Trying to figure out how I will watch the LSU game and some of the other games this weekend. This sucks.

If you have a chromecast or roku you should be able to use the hot spot and connect to it to a tablet or another phone and cast to the TV.
Or if you have a smart TV you should be able to connect it to the hot spot.

I'd have other things on my mind if I were in your situation, to tell you the truth.
Any restaurants open in your area? Are the roads passable, or are they still underwater?

Another option is to get an HD antenna to catch ABC, FOX and NBC.

Out here in Los Angeles, we've been through a few earthquakes that have knocked power out for awhile. Not fun. Hope your power comes back on, soon, and that you have enough food and all other necessary items. Will be praying for all of you out there.

Roads are passable. We’re working on cleanup on our house and helping with neighbors’ houses about 16 hours a day. I just got in from taking out the regular trash for about 12 houses because we heard there is pickup tomorrow. I’ll be due for a break to watch a game or two by the weekend.

I second Lunatik- get an antenna if Walmart or Best Buy is open. You can get Fox, NBC, ABC, CBS all with a little antenna. Keep your head up, my man!

I really feel for you. This is a little complicated but here is a youtube video that helped me watch a game before while I was on the road. I'm not very tech savy and I managed to follow his instructions and pull it off. I hope it helps or if not somebody helps you.
