Is legal for a CFB QB to have one during a game ? I saw it in a game yesterday and had never seen that before....

Got around to the DVR of Florida-Florida State today... The FSU kept gesticulating and pointing at his helmet saying I can’t hear...and it was in Tallahassee....

FSU QBs are too dumb to realize helmet mics are not used in college.

I know a few bama defensive players and they told me they have radios in their helmets - a coach yells run or pass after the play starts. Been doing it since Nick has gotten there.

If they told you that they are messing with you, outright lying, or Bama is cheating better than LSU imagines. Coach to player radio systems are not legal.

NCAA rule 1 article 10

ARTICLE 10. Players may not be equipped with any electronic, mechanical or other signal devices for the purpose of communicating with any source (Exceptions: 1. A medically prescribed hearing aid of the sound-amplifier type for hearing-impaired players. 2. A device for transmission or reception of data specifically and only for purposes of health and safety.)

. No one in the team area or coaching box may use any artificial sound amplification to communicate with players on the field.

My hearing aids are Bluetooth-capable. Call my phone (on the sidelines) from anywhere and I hear your voice in my hearing aids (on the field). You think one of the 72 "analysts" at Bama can't figure that out?

So JR Reed and Lecounte can have one.

You think they could also figure out that violating the specific, exact text of the rule for over a decade would be a very bad idea?

So you think Alabama hasn't violated a few rules before? They've been caught more than a few times already.

You’re right, because none of the hundreds of players or dozens of coaches that have been through the program would have ever talked or in the case of coaches that moved on, started using it at their new places?

You must be a secret LSU fan. Nobody else can be that dumb.
