Now he is going to sit 2 more years?
Just curious where you're getting this whole "2 more years" deal? Are you insinuating that he will be sitting the 2012 season behind Mackey?
If you're assuming that, what gives you the idea that he would be starting this year with a waiver?
don't answer that. I already know it will be some ridiculously stupid comment with absolutely nothing to back it up.

You're a fricking idiot. No person would make a tansfer based on a blind promise. Any logical person knows that the NCAA ultimate decides on the waiver, and somebody would have told him that there is no such guarantee dealing with the NCAA.
keep on believing your little conspiracy theories though
He's acting like the NCAA talks only to the coaches and completely leaves the player out of this. I can assure you that the players are well aware of everything the NCAA is doing regarding their future.

Yes- you dont play a QB for the entire year as a JR only to sit him his Sr year to play a completely inexperienced QB
see JJ and Mett at LSU

Then you're an idiot. You play the QB who gives you the best chance to win.
See Cam and Kodi Burns at Auburn.

Transferring =/= recruiting..... He had 3 schools to choose from. Tiger high, some rando in Arky, and us.

This..
We never exactly recruited him heavily. We just told him that we really wanted him here and that we'd definitely have room for him.
His choices were Memphis, Arkansas St., and us. He's not leaving. Dumbass is reaching. Show me an Army AA QB that picks Memphis or Arkansas St. over a BCS team on the basis of not wanting to sit out a year?

I cant believe a guy who started two games at LSU just flat out quit at Ole Miss. Pretty big loss imo.

my last post on the subject and I'm out of here:
1. Momma had the wreck before he went to WV- he aint getting a waiver
2. He left WV because the starting QB was going to be a junior and it looked like he was going to have to sit 2 more years
3. He probably chose Mississippi because your QB situation is in such disarray, plus I know that Nutts told him he could get him the waiver. Mullen would have done the same thing- thats how recruiting works.
4. He is going to find out officially he isnt getting a waiver next month.
5. He may stay- He may not. But for a guy that wants to play- having to sit a year and then compete with a Sr who started the year before looks like an iffy proposition at best
Dont be surprised if he leaves- thats all I'm saying
