Have you ever heard of HR?
They have people in these firms called recruiters.
They go out to these schools/LinkedIn and reach out to prospective applicants

lol, again, you can apply to jobs. One way companies reach out to applicants is simply post the jobs on their corporate website and other job boards.
i think the issue is you can't get the job you want with your SC degree so you are assume that's the case for everybody else. lol

Actually.... my long time friend and financial advisor is a sheep humping sister banging taterhead. God Bless’im. But his degree is in biology .... he bragged about studying ways to turn kudzu into food for cattle and people and such.
He’s been a helluva an investment guy for me for forty years though. Good friends. Known each other since HS. He got his start straight outta Clemson with AmEx back in the 70s. Fought his way through the Ford and Carter years and hit it big during the Reagan years and hasn’t looked back. Nice home up on Roper Mountain. Handles a lot of money for coaches and players and has for years. I’ve met more than a few Clemson guys through him over the years.
Sheep humping taterheads are, for the most part, decent people. It’s the ones who hang around here who give their fan base a bad name .... oh, and 99% of the rest of them. Because most of them never sniffed a college classroom and most have had to have shots for various animal husbandry related sexually transmitted diseases.

It is crazy how many kids with wealthy parents and good grades come to Clemson if the college is an obstacle to getting certain jobs.
in the late 90s, there were rich kids who had their own boats and jet skis and houses in Clemson.
but it is is a good decision...who wouldn't want to spend their college years in a mountain lake resort town.

I’m from Charlotte.
In Dec through Feb there were days that it snowed and hit single digit temps.
It’s not like it’s consistently 70 and sunny there too
