What makes you believe that to be the case? The wheels had come off the Gus bus. IMO, firing him is what was preventing a dumpster fire.
Will Harsin be the guy? Nobody knows at this point, but I do believe he can be at least as successful as Gus. If nothing else maybe he can be more consistent.
