The reason gumps dont like baseball is because they can't understand it. The strategy in baseball is too complex for their simple minds.

why because I made a simple observation. You sir are the moron by posting something so juevinille right after my post. If you would have used some intelligence (if you have any) you would have showed me in some way that gumps are intelligent enough to understand baseball, but you just throw out insults therefore making my point that gumps are not intelligent.

You still have not showed any insight on the game of baseball. Tell me since you understand the game so well. what is the purpose of the hit and run with a runner on first and a 0-2 count with no outs

yeah you just made my point. It is about so much more than a "head start" First off you will hardly ever see a hit and run with an 0-2 count and by the runner going it makes the second baseman or short stop (depending on what side of the plate the batter is on ) leave his spot to cover the bag. This opens a hole up for the batter to hit through and if done properly usally the runner from first ends up on third. Thank you gump for making my point for me.

See you could not even answer a simple question. If it was so easy why didn't you give an answer because you dont have one. Just admit that you dont like baseball because you dont know a whole lot about it. This is what i meant in my initial post. I saved your post about you dont come on here to talk baseball so if something crazy happens and bama wins the baseball series this year dont come here talking garbage because you dont talk baseball.
