The move to 9+1 conference games had to be made, so the SEC can get them 5-11, 16 team CFP in place over the B18s stupid auto qualifier plan. The SEC will be fine and the tougher schedules will help them regain their dominance in CFB.
After last year I'll have to see it before I believe it.
