oh yeah. well saban knew his team couldnt beat auburn so he lost on purpose to keep Les around so LSU would be an easy win when we had an undefeated season.

And only 1-1 in Sugar Bowls as SEC champs. And the Sugar Bowl UGA lost was moved to Atlanta because of Katrina.
So Richt lost what was basically a home game.
I like UGA, but with no real dog in the hunt (pun intended), I have to say UGA could do better than Richt.

I was an adamant Richt defender after 2008, simply because the lofty expectations were compromised by inadequate offensive line play and a Martinez defense. However, the trends since that year are pretty obvious. Richt cannot blame his assistants forever.
