it's been posted before but as previously noted, I don't pay as much attention to it all as I used to, certainly including message boards

They'll probably finish 10-2 with losses to Ohio St and USC. There's going to be a bunch of 2 loss teams fighting for a playoff spot and the hope is that they put the better teams in rather than relying on preseason hype.

Strength of schedule is supposed to matter.
