No coach should ever quit on his team during the season. If Patterson is taking the job, he and K State should announce it after the regular season. If he quits before then, then yes, he's as bad as Petrino.
I don't have a problem with Petrino leaving for Arky, but he should have waited. He at least owed that much to Arthur Blank.

Agreed...but again he really didn't have a choice and he ended up keeping the recruiting class in check as well as adding some key players...
