FSU did have the best defense in college football in 2023. The only reason they were not at the very top was the the FSU offense with the backup QB couldn't move the ball good enough. Fortunately, the crimson ripple didn't make it past the semifinals last season and this season couldn't even make it in the 12 team playoffs.

Most posters here just love to the see the overrated Bama fans whining like 8 year olds. Low tide, a-hole!

Huh? Alabama would have gotten in unfortunately since they would have the same number of losses and beat Georgia head to head during the regular season. But we will never know. I did put IMO the post replied to so I wouldn't go to Vegas and lay money on it. But Georgia had some skimpy wins...Ga Tech in 8 OTs...Kentucky by 1 point. And since the committee seems to lean on whether the starting QB is healthy, that would have finished their chances...IMO of course.
