It's the same as R-Kansas and Kentucky fans talking smack (UK actally made up t-shirts) to LSU fans about beating the National Champs that year. Some teams compete for National Champs, some have to settle for smaller goals.

I have one but if anyone from oxford knows of "lep's bbq" which is right outside of oxford. the owner of that place gave it to me as he is a huge state fan.
i have never worn it but now that this came up i might go try to look for it.
