Sure, all part of Mullen/Meyer's grand conspiracy.
Did you know MSU really killed JFK and framed some kid named Oswald.
They also faked the moon landing.
State is genius. They'll get away with this frameup job too but we know the truth.

Tony Barnhart w/PF,'My best guess at this hour, no one with any credibility has pointed their finger at Auburn. AU is confident...'

That makes it seem like boogs experience confirmation bias like everyone else. Can't be true.
Also, I don't think I need to point this out, but I will.

Do they need to be "given" a reason? Aren't they under some obligation, in light of all that's out there, to at least find out if their own laundry is clean?

Tracy Wolfson just tweeted me to say she'll be on at 5 Central, not 5 Eastern as she tweeted earlier.
LINK
Guess she forgot that Aubarn (where she is) is on Central, not Eastern time.

No. The NCAA notice is just that. They are on notice that IF there turns out to be a problem, playing him after today is a risk Auburn is taking with potential sanctions. It isn't necessarily notice that the NCAA has anything that would render him ineligible.
But since Barnhart is a CBS stooge, it's in his, and their, interest to have (a) Newton play and (b) the story to continue to be spun upward.

Latest w/ Cam Newton: NCAA has made Auburn aware of potential eligibility issue. Now Auburn decides risk
Looks a little different than how you are characterizing it.

OMG - the crowd in T-Town will heckle the crap out of him and the AU fans at the game.
I will pay cold hard cash for the MDB to play Kenny Rogers "The Gambler" or "Ruby".
