Same here. I really wanted to see what he could do, but now he's kneecapped by his own admin. I woulda taken a reduced buyout and walked. I honestly don't know what he's thinking.
As for the investigation, he was being looked into for all the coaches and players leaving. Apparently some of his fired/resigned coaches bitched about him to the administration. Boise people have said he was an asshat up there and his assistants hated him there too. He was tolerated at Boise because he was one of them. An alum, former QB and spent most of his career there. Also, winning the conference championship almost every season helped.
I don't think that kind of asshattery coaching works today. Many assistants are now paid over $1 million a year and ain't gonna take that shite, especially from a coach with no rings. They have plenty of options elsewhere. If you're a coach like that, it spreads pretty quick and you're left with only no-names who will work for you.

You are just so completely adorable that you that really believe that new "cooperation rule" wasn't targeted toward Harsin. Your unbridled naivete is so cute I could just eat you up. That has to be the funniest thing I have seen today. Thanks you.
It was to correct a rule that should have been in place from the beginning to protect the university. Kind of like the mandatory mask rule all the Universities tried to implement. I am glad you are so easily amused but disturbed that you are such a dumbass.

Feinbaum really hasn't kept up with the story, has he?

No No... you have me convinced and you are 100% right. It was just complete total coincidence that Auburn made a very public change in their policies regarding cooperation in internal investigations of their employees while they were making a very public internal investigation of one of their most well known employees that was being uncooperative. You win this argument. It is completely obvious to anyone but my dumbass that one had nothing whatsoever to do with the other. I bow down
to you. You have beaten me senseless with your intellect so I will crawl down my hole where I will continue to be stupid. Thank you for teaching me a lesson. Later.

What don't you understand that Harsin's contract already stated that he had to fully cooperate with any investigation before this policy was released? That failure to do so was cause for termination with cause ? I am confused by how you think this policy was target toward Harsin. Please connect the dots for us.

Appearance dear Irons. They two may not have been connected BUT to have adopted it during the middle of a public investigation gave cause for everyone to connect the two. It may not have been directed at Harsin personally but how about those around him?

The view is only through other peoples eyes. If these dumbasses would read things on their own they would have a truer picture of events. Most just read headlines or listen to the Finebaums of the world. Happening in just more than sports today.

Good point, but perception is reality. And public perception has been conditioned to have other people relay information to them rather than investigate it for themselves and reach their own conclusion. It's a shame, but that's the way things are at the moment. The best we can do is make the effort to investigate things for ourselves and reach our own conclusions. There's no changing the masses.
