There’s some decent scenery, maybe. Probably lumped in with NWA it would be Harrison. NEA is poverty ridden and crime has increased YOY. You’re smoking crack

This sounds a bit like Auburn, sans the poor restaurants. Auburn is pretty good for its size on that front and now the Rane Culinary building is about to open. I purchased a house in Auburn in 2016 and if I had to do it over again I'd probably purchase a spot in Opelika or out in the country down there. The city of Auburn is wired for the college students so it can be lame and crowded for a 40+ dude who's not a creeper.
