Northern Arkansas and Northeast Arkansas are nice.

What is relatively nice about Northern AR (new description of an area in the state to me) and NEA?
There’s some decent scenery, maybe. Probably lumped in with NWA it would be Harrison. NEA is poverty ridden and crime has increased YOY. You’re smoking crack

quote:This sounds a bit like Auburn, sans the poor restaurants. Auburn is pretty good for its size on that front and now the Rane Culinary building is about to open. I purchased a house in Auburn in 2016 and if I had to do it over again I'd probably purchase a spot in Opelika or out in the country down there. The city of Auburn is wired for the college students so it can be lame and crowded for a 40+ dude who's not a creeper.
Everyone is settled down and married with kids by their late 20s. Dickson is a college scene.
